ClearBeing Meditation for Health
- a seven-week series

This series focuses on balancing the whole self through awareness and meditation. The course is designed to help you to develop, expand and deepen your meditation practice by learning and experiencing various simple approaches.

Each class will focus on one aspect of meditation as we build our practice from week to week. Topics include:

  • Meditation benefits and developing a practice
  • Centering in the breath
  • Relaxing into awareness
  • Relationship with thought
  • The vessel: sensing the body, healing the body
  • Emotions: energy in motion
  • Relationships: the perfect mirror
  • Co-creation using intention setting, affirmations and visualization
  • Deep relaxation
  • Using mindfulness to heal emotional eating and addictions.

Bring a blanket and cushion to sit on. For your comfort, chairs are also available.

Assisted Meditation

Meditation can be considered to be the most subtle yet powerful way of achieving health on all levels. However, although their intentions are good, many people struggle with creating a regular practice, feel blocked in their practice or feel the need for guidance at certain points in their lives. Assisted Meditation is a combination of energy work, guided meditation, reflection and spiritual counselling. Sessions last about an hour and the cost is $90.

Community Sangha

Every Sunday morning from 8 to 8.45 am we gather in my home meditation studio for a group silent meditation. There is no charge and everyone in welcome. Check the home page for any cancellation due to travel or teaching commitments.
