Yoga and Movement - Classes and Workshops

These classes are designed with everyone in mind – simple, welcoming, therapeutic and for all fitness levels.

Yoga is the science and art of becoming our authentic selves. As a 3000 year old practice, it is a powerful form of medicine for body and mind. My intention is for the classes to bring a foundation of awareness, health, balance and joy to our daily lives. Each class will incorporate various aspects of yoga including postures, breathwork, relaxation, awareness, intention setting, and meditation.

ClearBeing Flow is the fusion of Energy Awareness, Meditation, Spontaneous Meditative Movement and Yoga postures … these classes and workshops are designed for deep healing, playfulness, creative expression, fluidity, sensuality, emotional release, and spiritual connection.

“While Yoga is structured, logical, precise, and linear, Spontaneous Meditative Movement is free, playful, expressive and sensual. Together they offer a beautiful blend of the feminine and masculine energies that make up balanced living.”

Current classes:

  • Tuesdays at Yoga Plus Richmond Hill. 7 to 8.30 pm Hatha Flow followed by Community Meditation from 8.30 to 9 pm (no charge). See www.yogaplustoronto.com
  • NEW  Fridays at my home studio. 9.30 to 11 am. ClearBeing Flow: $15/class or $12/class if you sign up for the series. January 8 - March 26. Please let me know if you'll be joining me as spaces are limited.
  • Sundays at my home studio. Community Meditation from 8 to 8.45 am (no charge), followed by Hatha Flow from 9 to 10.30 am. All levels are welcome. $15/class or $12/class for the series. January 10 - March 28. Please let me know if you'll be joining me as spaces are limited.
